Playing with MS Access

I've just spent the past half hour or so formatting and circulating contact details for the choir. There must be an easier way to do it, but I've been exporting them from the MS Access database in which they're kept, into an MS Excel spreadsheet and then into a plain text file so that everyone can open and read the list in at least one of the formats. I should get my act together and get it automated, but I only have to do this once in a while, whenever there's a significant change in someone's contact details, so I usually can't be bothered setting it up until the day comes when it takes me a while to do!
