And so the good stuff continues

Well, Evensong tonight was just as enjoyable as Eucharist this morning. The new guy sang the responses very well I thought, and overall the service had the right amount of gravity, if that’s the right word! And it’s amazing how many people come out of the woodwork and come to the pub afterwards because the new clergyman says he’s going! Usually there’s about half a dozen of us, but tonight there must have been about twenty! We’ll see how long the amateur drinkers last though.

Next Sunday morning we’ve got a Mozart Mass as part of a local arts festival. I could see it far enough though as I’m not a big fan of singing Mozart. Never mind. We’ll see how it goes.
