I pointed out that I was fine on the way there, and in fact when I had asked on the telephone in advance had been told that I wouldn't need assistance, and her response was that I should have asked again! So basically if you get an answer, keep asking the same question until you get a different answer! She had a bad attitude, but everyone else was fine. And at the end of the day, you are potentially paying a pittance for the travel so if you want brilliant service fly BA and pay a fortune.

Glad you enjoy the Blog, MDB.Layclerkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04722048321103380623noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29176296.post-39735092936962072982007-04-14T09:25:00.000+01:002007-04-14T09:25:00.000+01:00Ahh but you will find that Ryanair and Mr O'leary ...Ahh but you will find that Ryanair and Mr O'leary are a bunch of money-grabbing gits! They are almost impossible to deal with, a friend of mine was recently charged £1:50 for a cup of hot water on a Ryanair flight to Bournemouth.

Hope the trip goes well, I enjoy reading the blog - all the best from a former Cathedral layclerk!MDBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07458458352456800118noreply@blogger.com
